Foundation Class
Basics done better. Suitable for beginners to reformer Pilates as well as those who would like to build on their technique. This class will work at a slower, more controlled pace where you will receive clear instruction and guidance. You will leave feeling energised, stretched and worked. Suitable for pre & post-natal clients or those starting back to exercise.
Open Reformer
A moderate flow class designed to build on from what has been learnt in the Foundation Class. A full body workout to lengthen, balance and tone your body. Options are given to suit all levels.
Dynamic Reformer
Pilates practice with lots of fluidity and flow. Designed to give you a feeling of strength and freedom. Expect to work hard as you move through a challenging and fun sequence of exercises. Suitable for those who have attended at least six Open Classes Pilates classes or please check with your instructor if you are unsure if this class is right for you.
Jump-board Reformer
The jump-board is an amazing add-on to the reformer that allows the sensation of jumping whilst laying down or kneeling or working on your side. You have to try this class for yourself to experience the cardio, strength, alignment and full body benefits the jump-board will bring. If you want to get your heart rate up a little, work those legs and get a little more endurance in your workout give this class a try!
Participants need to have completed an Open or Foundation Reformer class first before joining this class.
Circuit Pilates
The Pilates Circuit Class is an all levels session including a number of unique workout stations. The stations will include the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and other props and Pilates equipment. 2 mins is spent at each station before rotating.
Prepare for a great full body workout while learning movements using all the different Pilates apparatus.
Participants need to have completed an Open or Foundation Reformer class first before joining this class.

Strength and Reform (Coming Soon)
Stretch out the body with some great moves on the reformer! A gentle class to restore and release. You will be guided through exercises and stretches that allow you to lengthen out and release all those tight spots! A perfect addition to your weekly schedule.
