Kimberley has been a Myotherapist for the past 8 years. Prior to that she played college Div 1 Golf in the USA. She then went on to complete her Pilates teaching training with Breathe Education.
Her passion for Pilates started when she saw and felt the benefits of pilates along side Myotherapy on both physical and mental health. The ability to move on a reformer in fun and exciting ways takes exercising to a whole new level.
Mum of two, Kimberley teaches with a beautiful level of enthusiasm and encouragement. Her approach to teaching goes beyond just the physical wellbeing of her clients which makes her classes warm and welcoming.
Kimberley wants her class members to be challenged but also likes them to have fun in the process.
Kimberley is passionate about feeling good through movement, and wants clients to leave class feeling happier, healthier and with a sense of achievement no matter your level, age or body shape!
Tara, a passionate Pilates instructor certified by Breath Education, found her calling at a Barefoot Studio. Initially drawn to Pilates for post-childbirth strength, she fell in love with its transformative impact on the body and mind.
Tara's love for horses and horse riding growing up has also influenced her teaching approach. She emphasizes the importance of alignment, balance, and control, much like the connection between a rider and their horse. This unique perspective sets her apart as an instructor and allows her to create a supportive and inspiring environment for her students.
With her warm and approachable nature, Tara believes in Pilates' ability to enhance both physical and mental well-being. She tailors classes to be enjoyable for everyone whether you're a beginner or seasoned pilates practitioner, Tara is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
